Seeking to expand their global footprint, the brief required a comprehensive brand revamp, a robust digital presence, and a scalable design system capable of representing the parent company across its diverse product lines.

Alfa is a major manufacturer of bi-metal bandsaw blades in India, serving sectors from aerospace to structural engineering. The challenge was to transition Alfa from a fragmented visual identity into a cohesive, modern brand. This required simplifying their identity, sharpening their industrial tone, and extending the new design system seamlessly across collateral, packaging, and a full website redevelopment
